Flowers in gold luster and cobalt, small portraits of legendary creatures with feathers and polka dots, and numerous geometric motifs embellish Vipoo Srivilasa’s porcelain figures, which have a good time abundance and pleasure by means of opulent particulars. Born and raised in Thailand and now based mostly in Melbourne, Srivilasa usually explores how these two cultures overlap and diverge and what it means to occupy the house in between.
